How to request deletion

  1. Use the form below with the same email address you use with Vera (for example, the one linked to your app account or waitlist), so we can verify your request.
  2. Submit the form. We create an internal ticket and process deletion as soon as we can.
  3. If you cannot use the form, email us from your registered address — see our Privacy Policy for the privacy contact.

What we delete

When we complete your request, we aim to remove personal data tied to your account, including:

  • Your account identifier and profile information held in our systems.
  • Chat messages and content you provided (including optional media and related transcriptions).
  • Relationship context, memory text, and embeddings used for retrieval.

Data stored only on your device (such as app cache) is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data. We may retain certain information where required by law or for security and dispute resolution — see our Privacy Policy (retention and your rights).
